At RetroHoops, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Return Shipping

• A flat return shipping fee of €5.50 applies to all approved returns.
• This fee may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Refunds typically appear within several business days, depending on your payment provider.

No Restocking Fees

• We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
